The regional cuisine here is made using exclusively organic produce and the fruit, vegetables and meat all come from the business’s own organic farm. The dishes prepared by host, farmer and chef Jürgen Waizenegger include beef pot roast, home-made maultaschen (traditional German ravioli) and chicken Cordon Bleu.
