Björn Freitag, known from the Goldener Anker in Dorsten, has established his latest gastronomic project right on the “Kö” or Königsalle shopping boulevard. The elegant brasserie in the Hotel Kö59 puts the focus on re-interpreted German classics, such as Königsberger Klopse (meatballs in a white sauce with capers) or Senfbraten von der Weideochsenlende (beef roast with mustard gravy).
