The rigorous selection of fruit and vegetables, the lamb and wines from the local area are testament to this. Here, the focus is on proximity: local produce and producers. The dishes are distinct and pure, the setting is chic and the wine list inspired. What more could you ask for? Wonderfully comfortable guestrooms upstairs.
