The location in the side wing of the modern Klinik Gut private hospital may be a little unusual, but the food here is excellent. Head chef Roland Schmid has made a name for himself in the region over the years. The decor is trendy and minimalist in style, with an open-plan kitchen, and the view of the mountains and the surrounding area is fabulous – tables on the terrace are understandably coveted. Tip: tasting menu on Thursday evenings.
