A lovely, tastefully refurbished bistro featuring old tiled floors, wooden banquette seating, mirrors on the walls, a large chandelier fashioned out of old copper pans and a small counter. The place ticks all the boxes when it comes to friendly vibes. As for the food, chef Clément Thellier has created a short, savvy menu that makes your mouth water with its well-crafted and beautifully presented dishes: sweetbreads in barigoule, bacon chips, split peas with bacon; beef tenderloin, toast, pan-fried foie gras, baby vegetables and a potato emulsion; poached and glazed pineapple, toasted gingerbread and rum ice cream. In short, an enjoyable mealtime in Geneva at a reasonable price – not to be sniffed at!
