The 5th Avenue Restaurant at the Sheraton Pelikan Hotel in Hanover offers its guests a choice of local and international dishes. These include Carpaccio from Argentinean free-range beef, special Vegetarian burgers and grilled fillet of trout. The chef Helder Cabrita only uses fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is modern, light and airy and offers a whole range of special events. These include barbecues which are held out on the Mediterranean terrace in the inner courtyard of the historic Pelikanfabrik as well as cookery courses at the hot Teppan-Yaki table. These courses give participants an opportunity to learn how to become master chefs. In the evening the legendary Harry's New York Bar is the ideal place for you to unwind in style with a cocktail and some live music.
