Description
Heimat translates as “homeland”. After working in some prestigious kitchens, the German owner-chef Peter Find reinterprets classics from his home country with quality ingredients, dexterous care and much sophistication. The 6-course tasting menu takes diners on a journey across Germany with flavours from his childhood memories. A shorter 3-course menu is available at lunch.
