Description
This historical establishment in Les Eyzies has been enjoying a new lease of life since it was taken over by chef Mathieu Métifet. Previously an oyster farmer, he draws his inspiration from the Dordogne and draws on fish and seafood for his generous and personal cuisine, as in his signature dish, "Le Centenaire's unmissable razor clams with a morel cream and home-smoked duck breast". Ingredients sourced from carefully selected small-scale local producers.
