The concise à la carte features innovative dishes that showcase his famous “sea and mountains” concept alongside two superb tasting menus: MAЯ 2023, dedicated to locally sourced ingredients, alongside a handful of Galician products; and “Memoria, Territorio y Cultura”, which is more focused on the cooking of the Empordà region.
