At Ferreruela, the overall philosophy is clear with full freedom of expression given to local recipes prepared with native and locally sourced products in a unique setting that has been converted from an old fruit warehouse. The main dining room is restrained yet bright and airy, with a high gabled roof, an open grill and a pleasing rustic-contemporary decor. The traditional-Catalan menu specialises in seasonal dishes (see the blackboard for daily specials), many of which are cooked on the grill, with the occasional nod to modern cooking.
