Description
This inn, with its plum and lavender-toned façade, will have a new chapter in its story thanks to its new owners. This couple has worked in some fine establishments (he was sous-chef at Villa René Lalique; she was assistant to the maître d'). In a decor of pale-coloured wood, pick from a short seasonal menu; many dishes are based on local ingredients (eg marinated trout, rocket, horseradish, cucumber and smoked oil, or crispy waffles, caramelised mirabelles and fromage blanc ice cream). The lunch deal is unbeatable value and the welcome is particularly warm!
