This Lyon institution, founded in 1904, was taken over by a trio of partners including humorist (and bon viveur) Laurent Gerra. Nicely restored space (wallpaper, paintings), classic French cuisine with a twist (farm-reared pork and foie gras terrine; soufflé with green Chartreuse), wine list of 950 bottles. Sound.
