Description

As far as Maastricht foodies are concerned, all roads lead to Prix de Rome. Inside this impressive building just outside the city centre a cosy interior awaits, in which exposed beams work well as part of the otherwise modern design of the place. The open kitchen at the back is a nice added touch. Here, chef Wouter alternates sophisticated, original creations with dishes that focus mainly on the produce. Among the favourites on the menu are the salmon ceviche and house special crispy fried veal sweetbreads. A winning combination!
