In this famous village on the Route des Grands Crus, this restaurant is accommodated in a former winegrower's house. Chef Jérémy Pèze treats guests to indulgent, refined and delicate cuisine: pumpkin with foie gras, endives and shiso, Bali cashews; trout from Crisenon's fish farm, spinach with citron and the fish scales smoked; Costa Rican chocolate soufflé, exotic sorbet. A relaxed atmosphere and a remarkable wine list.
