Eugenio Boer offers a 100% Italian menu which focuses on local ingredients, with the aim of showcasing some of Italy’s favourite traditional dishes while at the same time supporting small producers. However, this Italian focus in no way restricts the imaginative talents of the chef, who produces original creations such as his salted cod, zabaglione, porcini mushrooms and coffee dish. Two tasting menus (Classics and Seasonal) are available alongside the many choices on the à la carte.
