Some 12 years after opening Iyo in Sempione, the first Japanese restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star in Italy, Claudio Liu is back with this new venture in the lively Porta Nuova district. With the arrival of chef Takeshi Iwai, the traditional Edomae Zushi sushi bar has been renamed Iyo Omakase. Take a seat at one of its elegant tables and enjoy fusion cuisine which demonstrates both Asian and European influences.
