The tasting menu format (12 courses) at this new restaurant run by the brilliant Felix Lo Basso and his partner takes its inspiration from northern Europe. The fixed-price menu changes regularly, depending on market availability, and requires all diners to book ahead and eat at the same time. Occupying a former bakery in an attractive residential district, the restaurant is quiet and pleasantly contemporary in style.
