In the evening, he serves up dishes such as Allgäu venison with celeriac, hazelnut, cherry and purple curry. His cuisine is packed with flavour, intricate and sophisticated – but in no way contrived; it relies on high-quality fresh ingredients and a healthy dose of creativity. A vegetarian set menu is also available. At lunchtime, this place becomes more of a bistro with a somewhat simpler menu. Tip for motorists: There is an underground car park right next to the building.
