This appealing restaurant is located at the upper end of the old town, and in summer spills outside onto a lovely terrace on the street side. The space occupies two floors and has an open kitchen on the lower level. Here, Gerardo Metta, previously in charge of the kitchens at the Michelin-starred Da Mimmo restaurant in Brussels, is now the chef behind the top-quality and flavoursome dishes, such as capocollo raviolo, roast mushrooms, pecorino romano, taggiasca olives.
