The late, beloved Chef Takashi Inoue honored his Korean ancestry and Osaka upbringing with a delicious array of yakiniku favorites at this cozy space. Tremendous care, planning and sourcing of specialty cuts went into the menu design before the restaurant opened its doors to acclaim. Inside, find high-tech grills gracing the tables and cutesy wall cartoons that depict beefy cuts, offal and innards. The carte is exotic to say the least (testicargot, anyone? ), filled with meats and surprises like tripe or even namagimo—raw liver with sesame oil and roasted rock salt.
