Hart’s Kitchen in Hart's Hotel has been developed by chef Aaron Patterson from sister hotel Hambleton Hall in Rutland. At Hart’s Kitchen you can expect modern British dishes prepared with only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients and flavoursome dishes that are exciting on the palette. The menu changes with the season with daily specials, meaning every visit to Hart’s will be a little different to the last. Afternoon tea is available Monday to Saturday 3pm to 5pm.
