The chef Nobu Matsuhisa is known as being the inventor of the Peruvian - Japanese style. He entrusts sushi master Hideki Endo with the task of sublimating Japanese – but also French – ingredients, such as crunchy oysters with caviar, wasabi and aioli sauce. All in the sumptuous setting of the Royal Monceau.
