Description
Roe Dang has basic furnishings with a polished cement floor, wooden tables and plastic chairs. The dishes, too, are modest looking. But locals recognise the great cooking technique and regularly pack the restaurant to enjoy fresh seafood and the nice balance of flavours. Our picks are the signature stir-fried crab meat with spring onion, and soup with sea bass, young coconut shoots and local vegetables. The wall of celebrity photos is testament to its popularity.
