Description
This long-time favourite serves a standout Kamu, with slow-braised, spiced pork shanks. It's a classic dish, but they do it better than most. Their shanks are top-notch and cooked until they're incredibly tender. You can get them with a tasty broth, complete with bones for extra flavour. Both locals and travelers make a point to stop here for this meal.
