The waitstaff are exceptionally friendly, while the owner herself, who radiates good humour, is always ready to cater to her guests' needs. On the menu: plenty of the classics of Swabian cuisine, such as tripe soup or creamy veal goulash (which is best enjoyed with the home-made spätzle).
