Description
An early 20C art nouveau property on the edge of town plays host to this spacious restaurant with a distinct Nordic style. Modern dishes are made up of numerous elements and combine many flavours and textures in great harmony. Seafood is a strength – with some sourced from the Barents Sea – and the produce is displayed on ice in the middle of the room and explained to diners as they arrive. A 9 course surprise tasting menu centred around a theme or ingredient is also available, and their champagne selection is noteworthy.
