The talented Trentino chef at this restaurant has given his dishes a contemporary flavour – and how could it be otherwise given its location! Situated in the famous Mart (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art), the restaurant offers just one tasting menu in the evening, which can also be reduced to four courses. The cuisine here has a real Italian flavour with its roots firmly in regional traditions, with dishes that are seemingly simple yet the result of sophisticated preparation and with a focus on elegant presentation. Although game and freshwater fish always feature on the menu, there’s also plenty of room for vegetables. At lunchtime, the bistro options are more streamlined.
