Owner Sylvio Lazzarini was once the President of the Brazilian Cattle Breeders’ Association, so you can be sure of the quality of the meat here. A few years after the restaurant had established its excellent reputation, he also founded the 'Intermezzo Gourmet' distribution company and began to supply meat to São Paulo’s most prestigious restaurants. Behind the impressive wood and glass façade are several different rooms; the extensive menu features Brazilian, Argentinian and American cuts.
