With French celebrity chef Erick Jacquin as its consultant, Le Bife’s success is down to the simplicity of its menu: four quality meat dishes (filet mignon, entrecôte, steak tartare and hamburger) with salad, three sauces and a choice of sides included in the price. The executive menu, served midweek lunch, is based around the same formula but with just a single meat option (the cut of the day) and a delicious dessert – hot chocolate gateau with vanilla ice cream.
