The life of sushi chef Juraci Pereira, affectionately known as "Jura", is one that shows a true culinary vocation. Having started out as a valet, he went on to work in countless restaurants before becoming Jun Sakamoto’s right-hand man for 11 years. Today, his talented hands work with the finest ingredients in his own restaurant. If you like the idea of a tasting menu, ask for the Omakasse Especial; alternatively, ask for suggestions from the à la carte. Whatever you do, don’t miss out on the tuna with foie gras or the yellowtail amberjack sushi dishes.
