This inviting 18C coaching inn with its long, flower-decked façade is an authentic and elegant local institution. Chef Laurent Arbeit presides over the kitchen, having honed his skills at Haeberlin and Ducasse. He continues the family tradition by working with Alsace's finest ingredients, such as duck foie gras, Sundgau pink trout, milk-fed veal chop and farm-raised squab. The delicate and harmonious cuisine of this proprietor who is very much in tune with the times is replete with well-balanced flavours. The guestrooms are decorated in Alsace style.
