There’s a real fusion of styles in this restaurant, where chef Giuseppe Molaro draws on his time spent working in Japan to play with highly personalised techniques, flavours and cooking methods which result in delicate and cerebral cuisine. Although the ingredients here come from Campania and the Mediterranean, the style of cuisine is very different. This superb dining experience will take guests on a fascinating culinary journey in which lightness of touch is paramount.
