Zeppelino's in the Steigenberger Hotel in Stuttgart sends both connoisseurs, and those wishing to discover the Mediterranean cuisine, on a culinary journey around the Mediterranean sea. The dishes are prepared partly in a classic style and partly with a new interpretation of the old traditions. Specialities such as Mediterranean skewered meat, with ratatouille sauce and rosemary covered potatoes, tuna fish steak coated in black sesame oil on a saffron risotto and tomato ragout, or white chocolate mousse with balsamic strawberries and roasted nuts are all served up here. Other offerings include, for example, best US prime beef direct from the grill, or the business lunch, which rounds off the offering at Zeppelino's.
