Description

Mosaic tiles, mirrors and a chandelier with hundreds of floating glass balls make this dining room hipper than most sushi spots. This joint venture by its Tokyo namesake and the Arcade is helmed by Chef Kosugi and supervised by Chef Masuda, the head chef at the Tokyo flagship who also sources ingredients for this outpost, mostly from Toyosu Market. Don’t miss the maguro from Aomori prefecture with its silky texture and lovely sheen. Omakase only.
