Description

This restored 80-year-old Japanese home houses a rustic and atmospheric dining room. To enter, diners walk through a small courtyard covered in antique tiles with water pooling over them. Only prix-fixe menus are offered; ingredients are mostly from Taiwan, prepared using classical French techniques, with an element of surprise in the tastes, textures and even temperatures of the food.
