Clément Petitjean loves his terroir and pays it tribute in his creative cuisine. A bold, but never brutal style, depicted by his original use of flowers and aromatic herbs. The terroir menu (except Friday and Saturday evenings) is highly recommended, as is a night in the handsome, traditional inn, tastefully revamped to suit modern tastes.
