Rosemary focaccia, tagliatelle alfredo and pappardelle twirled around oxtail ragu are just some of the hearty offerings at this favored wine bar in Dundas West. The signature dish is a cacio e pepe-inspired coil of ricotta-stuffed pasta. White-and-orange tile flooring, vintage posters and wood tones, along with welcoming servers, create a come-as-you-are, retro vibe. Some guests aren’t even here to eat. Instead, they’ve come to sidle up to the long bar and dig into the surprisingly lengthy, Italian-leaning wine list.
