This restaurant, run by chef Romain Brard for over 20 years, proudly announces its agenda on the menu: "traditional French bourgeois cuisine". He won the title for best cassoulet Toulousain in 2023 with his indulgent casserole of lingot beans, Toulouse sausages and artisanal pork rind sausages, pork belly, snout and ears, duck confit, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, tomato, spices etc. You can even buy a jar of it to enjoy at home! Add into the mix a good selection of wines from the South-West and attentive, pleasant service from Priscilla. This appealing family-run restaurant is good value for money and a treat that is not to be missed!
