Stéphane Tournié’s restaurant offers consistent high quality. He focuses on the basics and does it extremely well. There is an emphasis on top quality ingredients (preferably organic), skill, expertise, finesse and good taste. The restaurant has an attractive inner courtyard crowned with a glass roof and is just a stone’s throw from the Place du Capitole.
