This modern building just outside the village of Vagnas harks back to traditional Provençal architecture. Its spacious interior, done out in a contemporary style with an open kitchen, is home to the new venture of Tarik Mezri-Charmasson. The chef (previously at Auberge des Granges in Bessas) still takes his cooking very seriously; his cuisine ticks all the boxes, remaining true to the seasons and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
