This restaurant has two dining rooms, one decorated in traditional Black Forest style and the other offering a light and modern ambience with panoramic views. Both serve as a backdrop to impressive regional and international dishes, such as marinated asparagus with pickled salmon or strips of venison, mushrooms and Spätzle (the venison is supplied from the hotel’s own hunt).
