Situated in pastureland at an altitude of almost 2 000m, and only accessible for lunch in winter by foot, horse-drawn sled or by skis, this restaurant offers brisk and efficient service. The atmosphere is more intimate in the evening and the cuisine more refined. Delicious regional dishes, some made using cheese produced by Franz's (the owner) sister, as well as herbs and spices grown by his mother. Excellent rhubarb, raspberry and rose strudel.
