This relaxed and friendly restaurant uses regional produce in dishes such as pan-fried fillet of trout with beetroot, yellow turnip and fondant potatoes. At lunchtimes the restaurant's own bakery over the road sells fine pastries and small snacks. In the delicatessen you can buy Maultaschen (Swabian pasta squares) and fond (caramelised meat dripping for making gravy) to take home.
