This restaurant is run by a trio of absolutely charming ahizpak (‘sisters’ in Basque). The youngest, Yenofa, works with superb seasonal ingredients from the Basque terroir. Her dishes, as well as being fine and tasty, are testament to an unfailing generosity. Remember to book!
