Since 1989 Ivan Verhelle has been treating his diners to a genuine taste of Japan. The table service and interior are larger than life and the open-plan kitchen provides a bird's eye view of the preparation of fine ingredients, such as fresh wasabi. The chef is a fan of teppanyaki cuisine and can even organise (bookings) a tea ceremony.
