It is a delight to sample these two fine tables d'hôte, superbly decorated and decked out with flowers. The chef (an alumnus of L'Auberge de l'Ill) has his guests in raptures with his contemporary creations: the crowning glory of an exceptional stay! Every week a new "bourgeois" dish (blanquette of veal etc) is proposed.
