Don't be put off by the somewhat unprepossessing façade of Zum Goldenen Anker for behind it you will find a popular, lively restaurant that has recently undergone a face-lift in the modern rustic style. The excellent food served up by the friendly front-of-house team includes braised ox cheeks with vegetables and bread dumplings, and chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mozzarella. All the main courses are also available as smaller portions.
