Those in search of ambitious cuisine and a wonderful sea view will enjoy the classic/modern fare on offer here, including fish from the restaurant's own fish farm. The lightly glazed marinated raw Fuschlsee char sounds particularly appetising, while more traditional fare includes tafelspitz (boiled topside) of young bull. The good wine list include a few rarities and larger bottles.
