This place is going to be a hit with Lyon folk. A French - Korean couple, alumni of Daniel Boulud's in New York, have just opened this bistro off the tourist ciruit. They serve excellent cuisine bourgeoise, with poultry taking pride of place: chicken liver gateau, Bresse chicken supreme… and a game menu in season.
