Only the name and the old brick arches remain of this old olive oil mill, which has been given a facelift and a new management team in 2017. The young chef has redecorated the dining room with a bright, fresh feel, while the Tuscan cuisine also has a light, modern flavour. Despite feeling like a brand-new restaurant, it's still highly recommended.
